– Returning Team deadline: Sunday, June 30th (thereafter, spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis).
– Teams require a full deposit to be guaranteed.
– Individuals require full payment to be guaranteed a roster spot.
– Team Rep Meeting Date(s): Monday, August 26th
– Team schedules may include up to 2 off-night and/or 2 bye weeks

Conveniently located minutes south of the 401, Canlan Sports Oshawa is one of the Greater Toronto Area's most unique sports complexes, nestled right on the shores of Lake Ontario. Featuring two (2) NHL-size ice rinks, the location is home to more than 300 ASHL teams every year, making it Durham Region's largest adult recreational hockey league. That's not all, as the complex also plays host to youth introductory programs, minor hockey, tournaments, and a seasonal beach volleyball league with more than 100 teams!
