As part of these public measures, gameplay and scrimmages will not be permitted at indoor sports recreation facilities within the City of Toronto.
As such, the Fall ’20 ASHL Season at our Etobicoke, Scarborough, and York locations is currently on hold, with any games as of October 10th and beyond being postponed for a minimum of the next 28 days.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Which locations does this apply to?
These measures apply to Etobicoke, Scarborough, and York.
When will we be able to play games again this season?
At this point, the public health measures are set to remain in effect for a minimum of 28 days. At some point during that 28-day period, the Chief Medical Officer will advise the Government if these measures can be removed, or extended, at which point we’ll have clarity about when, and if the ASHL Fall ’20 season is able to resume.
What if the season has to be shortened or cancelled?
Per our COVID-19 Delay Scenario Policy, a delay that takes effect on or prior to October 15th will result in the following measures:
▪ The ASHL will have up to 45 days from October 9th to determine if the Fall ’20 season can resume
▪ If the season can be resumed with the ability to play 75% or more of the guaranteed number of games, teams will be issued a credit for any pro-rated guaranteed games, based on team fees paid. If the season can be resumed but less than 75% of the guaranteed games are able to be played, teams will receive their choice of a credit or a refund for the pro-rated number of guaranteed games, based on team fees paid.
▪ If the season cannot be resumed, teams will be issued their choice of a credit or a refund for the pro-rated number of guaranteed games that were not played, based on team fees paid.
Will there be alterations if we’re able to resume the season?
In the event of any changes in guidelines that impact our ability to restart a season, the ASHL will provide participants with additional information as it becomes available.
