The first four trips were so good, how could we not do a fifth?
That’s right, 36 ASHL players from across Canada will have the trip-of-a-lifetime this fall as they take in the 2017 Scotiabank NHL100 Classic™ first-hand in Ottawa.
Oh, did we also mention that these 36 players will play in the ASHL East vs. West All-Star Game at Lansdowne Park? On second thought, that’s probably important to note, as well.
In partnership with our pals at Molson Coors Canada, we’re teaming up to make this December one you won’t soon forget as you and two (2) of your teammates are going to get the full VIP experience in the Nation’s Capital. So just to re-hash, this is what’s up for grabs:
- Trip for you and two (2) teammates to spend three nights in Ottawa
- Tickets to the 2017 Scotiabank NHL100 Classic™ featuring the Montreal Canadiens and Ottawa Senators
- Roster spots to play on the ice itself in the 5th edition of the ASHL East vs West All-Star Game

How do I get in on this?
Glad you asked. During the contest period, scan your Puck Bucks card on any purchase at the Thirsty Penguin to enter. Every one (1) Puck Buck earned gets you one (1) entry into the contest. Pretty straight forward, yeah?*
Who can win this thing?
Oh yeah, that’s also fairly important. There’s 12 grand prizes to be won, with the following locations being eligible …you may notice they all have Thirsty Penguins:
- British Columbia: Burnaby (x2 grand prizes), Langley, North Shore
- Saskatchewan: Saskatoon
- Manitoba: Winnipeg
- Ontario: Etobicoke, Oakville, Oshawa, Scarborough, York
- Quebec: Brossard
On November 1st a Qualifying Draw will be held to determine the finalists for the big prize. How does that work? Easy.
A random draw for 20 finalists will be conducted with the more Puck Bucks you accumulate in turn giving you better odds of getting through!
The Announcement Party: November 9th
If you’re one of the 20 finalists, you (or an alternate) will need to be there to be eligible. Don’t worry; in addition to winning what will probably be the best trip of your life – honeymoon included – we’ll also be hooking up attendees with free food and some Molson swag.
